Assistant Manager – Financial Planning

Key roles

1. Support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning activities
2. Analyze financial performance, variances, and trends
3. Prepare management reports and financial models for decision-making
4. Assist in annual budget and rolling forecast processes
5. Coordinate with departments to collect and validate financial data
6. Ensure compliance with internal policies and financial controls
7. Support strategic initiatives through financial analysis and scenario planning

Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related field
2. Professional qualification preferred (CA, CPA, CMA, ACCA, or MBA – finance)
3. 3–5 years of experience in financial planning, budgeting, or FP&A
4. Strong analytical and financial modeling skills
5. Proficiency in Excel and financial reporting tools (ERP/BI systems preferred)
6. Good communication and stakeholder coordination skills
