We are seeking a dynamic, experienced and results-oriented professional to join our team as the Head of BPO Operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading operational excellence, driving performance, and ensuring exceptional service delivery across all business process outsourcing functions.
This opening is based in Colombo and may involve overseas travel to client markets.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and manage overall BPO operations to achieve business objectives.
- Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Monitor KPIs, SLAs, and client satisfaction levels.
- Drive team performance, employee engagement, and operational compliance.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost optimization.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business management or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in BPO operations, including senior leadership exposure.
- Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Proven ability to manage large operational teams and deliver results.
