Key responsibilities

1. Manage and oversee accounting functions across all group companies
2. Prepare timely management accounts, quarterly accounts, and audited accounts
3. Ensure accuracy of reports and compliance with statutory requirements
4. Maintain SBU-level management accounts within group companies
5. Coordinate audits and liaise with auditors, IRD, and other stakeholders
6. Support management with financial analysis and strategic decision-making
7. Manage working capital and cash flow effectively

Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance, with full or part qualification in CA, CIMA, or ACCA
2. Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the manufacturing sector
3. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
4. Up-to-date knowledge of accounting standards, taxation, and relevant regulations
5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
