About the role
We are in the lookout for a dynamic individual, who can manage and coordinate warehouse and logistics operations with the outsourced logistics partners on site, and closely work with internal teams. The role requires very good coordination skills, operational discipline in a dynamic set up to achieve warehouse and delivery efficiency.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the warehouse operations with daily monitoring on inbounds, outbounds, stock counts and compliance.
- Manage and coordinate delivery and logistics whilst working closely with sales coordinators.
- Maintain and prepare reports on the operational activities and inventory.
- Achieve the KPIs and ensure continuous improvements.
- Ensure warehouse hygiene and operational compliance.
Requirements
- Diploma or degree in logistics, supply chain management, business management or a related field.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in logistics or supply chain operations.
- Strong communication, coordination and negotiation skills.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
