Production Data Entry Officer

Key requirements

1. Minimum 1 year of experience in a food production environment
2. Knowledge of data entry, record keeping, and reporting
3. Basic understanding of food safety, hygiene, and quality standards
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
5. ERP system knowledge will be an added advantage
6. Ability to work accurately and meet deadlines
7. Good communication and teamwork skills

Key responsibilities

1. Enter and maintain production data accurately in the system
2. Ensure data accuracy and completeness
3. Generate reports and support production documentation
4. Assist in monitoring production records and inventory
5. Coordinate with production and quality teams for data verification
6. Support continuous improvement by maintaining proper records

Production Executive

Key requirements

1. Degree or diploma in food science, food technology, food processing, food engineering, or a related field
2. Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
3. Hands-on experience with ERP systems is mandatory
4. Good knowledge of production planning and process control
5. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
6. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
7. Good computer literacy including MS Office and ERP reporting

1. Plan, coordinate, and monitor daily production activities
2. Ensure production targets, quality standards, and delivery schedules are achieved
3. Maintain proper production records and reports
4. Monitor manpower utilization and production efficiency
5. Ensure compliance with company safety and operational procedures
6. Handle ERP system updates related to production operations
