Assistant Manager – Sales

Key responsibilities and duties

1. Responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to promote fresh mangoes and value-added mango products across GT / MT / HoReCa channels.
2. Oversees brand positioning, market expansion, sales support activities, promotional campaigns, and distributor coordination.
3. Conducts market research, manages product launches, and drives revenue growth through effective trade marketing, digital marketing, and customer engagement initiatives.
4. Designing, implementing, and monitoring internal control systems and developing relevant SOPs.
5. Handle customer inquiries, ensure prompt resolution and support customer onboarding and relationship management.
6. Coordinate with warehouse and logistics to ensure timely dispatch. Monitor stock movement and support FIFO practices.
7. Supervise and guide sales admin staff. Ensure task allocation and completion within deadlines.

Qualifications and experience

1. Degree or diploma in sales, business administration, or related field.
2. Minimum 2-4 years of experience in a similar capacity or position, including qualifying experience in the relevant field, particularly in an agriculture / manufacturing organization.
3. Exceptional communication skills and expertise in planning and organizing.
4. Strong adaptability, ability to work independently and high level of attention to detail in daily operations and reporting.
