Senior Manager – Risk and Control

NDB Capital Holdings is seeking an experienced senior manager to lead the group’s enterprise-wide risk management framework with its investment banking and capital markets businesses. This is a senior second-line-of-defence role, responsible for independently overseeing financial and non-financial risks while supporting sustainable growth and strong governance across the group.

Qualifications

1. 7-9 years’ experience in risk management within investment banking or financial services.
2. Degree in finance, economics, risk, or a related field.
3. Prior experience engaging with regulators and board committees is highly desirable.
