HR & Administration Coordinator

We are looking for a well-organized HR & Administration Coordinator to support HR operations and daily administrative activities in a manufacturing environment.

Key responsibilities

  1. Maintain employee records, files, and HR databases
  2. Handle onboarding, attendance, leave, and documentation
  3. Support employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary actions
  4. Assist recruitment, interviews, and inductions
  5. Manage data entry for production and employee records
  6. Prepare reports and support general office administration

Requirements

  1. Diploma/degree in HR, business administration, or related field
  2. 1–3 years experience in an HR/admin role
  3. Strong Excel and computer skills
  4. Good communication and problem-solving abilities
  5. High attention to detail and confidentiality
  6. Factory/manufacturing experience is an advantage
