HR & Administration Coordinator

We are looking for a well-organized HR & Administration Coordinator to support HR operations and daily administrative activities in a manufacturing environment.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain employee records, files, and HR databases
- Handle onboarding, attendance, leave, and documentation
- Support employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary actions
- Assist recruitment, interviews, and inductions
- Manage data entry for production and employee records
- Prepare reports and support general office administration
Requirements
- Diploma/degree in HR, business administration, or related field
- 1–3 years experience in an HR/admin role
- Strong Excel and computer skills
- Good communication and problem-solving abilities
- High attention to detail and confidentiality
- Factory/manufacturing experience is an advantage
