We are seeking an energetic, detail-oriented, and talent-focused student or undergraduate to join our corporate HR team. This internship offers intensive, hands-on exposure to high-volume recruitment pipelines, manpower execution, and essential operational workflows within a fast-moving manufacturing environment.

Key responsibilities

  1. Assist the HR team in the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing potential profiles, screening applications, and coordinating interview schedules for production and support staff.
  2. Support the execution of intensive mass-recruitment drives targeted at plant operations to ensure talent pipelines are filled efficiently.
  3. Help facilitate seamless onboarding, induction, and corporate orientation sessions to ensure a structured transition for new hires.
  4. Collaborate with department heads and coordinate with external talent channels under the guidance of the HR executive team to maintain smooth candidate relations.

Key requirements & qualifications

  1. Undergraduates or students pursuing a degree or professional qualification in human resource management (e.g., CIPM, POHRM) or a related field.
  2. Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills with a proactive approach to day-to-day coordination.
  3. A strong desire to learn manufacturing HR operations, high-volume sourcing frameworks, and plant employee dynamics.
