We are seeking an energetic, detail-oriented, and talent-focused student or undergraduate to join our corporate HR team. This internship offers intensive, hands-on exposure to high-volume recruitment pipelines, manpower execution, and essential operational workflows within a fast-moving manufacturing environment.
Key responsibilities
- Assist the HR team in the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing potential profiles, screening applications, and coordinating interview schedules for production and support staff.
- Support the execution of intensive mass-recruitment drives targeted at plant operations to ensure talent pipelines are filled efficiently.
- Help facilitate seamless onboarding, induction, and corporate orientation sessions to ensure a structured transition for new hires.
- Collaborate with department heads and coordinate with external talent channels under the guidance of the HR executive team to maintain smooth candidate relations.
Key requirements & qualifications
- Undergraduates or students pursuing a degree or professional qualification in human resource management (e.g., CIPM, POHRM) or a related field.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills with a proactive approach to day-to-day coordination.
- A strong desire to learn manufacturing HR operations, high-volume sourcing frameworks, and plant employee dynamics.
