A day in the life of the role

  1. Coordinate daily sales operations by updating sales reports, monitoring order fulfillment, and collaborating with cross-functional departments to ensure timely deliveries.
  2. Manage customer-related activities, including handling inquiries, complaints, feedback, quotations, and coordinating product samples to maintain customer satisfaction.
  3. Support sales administration by managing incentive calculations, customer registrations, debtor follow-ups, price revisions, and HORECA/institutional customer orders.
  4. Prepare and maintain management reports, dashboards, demand plans, stock reports, and other ad hoc analyses to support business decision-making.
  5. Assist with operational and procurement processes, including purchase requisitions, purchase order entries, invoice processing & budget preparation.

What helps you succeed

  1. Minimum 1 year of experience in business development / sales within the FMCG sector.
  2. Professional qualification in marketing, sales, business management or a related field would be an added advantage.
  3. Excellent organizational and communication abilities.
