Manager | In charge – IE (Ethiopia)

Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree or diploma in industrial engineering, textile/apparel engineering, production engineering, or a related field.
2. 3-6 years of experience for IE incharge and 6-12 years for IE manager positions in the apparel industry.
3. Strong knowledge in SMV calculation, time & motion study, line balancing, capacity planning, lean manufacturing, and productivity improvement.
4. Willingness to work in Ethiopia.
