Restaurant manager

1. You will deliver a high-quality menu and motivate our staff to provide excellent customer service.
2. Coordinating daily restaurant operations by delivering superior food & beverage service and maximizing customer.
3. Manage restaurant’s good image and suggest ways to improve it.
4. Organize and supervise shifts and manage the team effectively.
5. Control operational costs and identify measure to cut waste.
6. Proven work experience as a restaurant manager or similar role.
7. Strong leadership, motivational and people skills.
8. Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.

Food and beverage supervisor

1. Managing food and beverage operations within budget and to the highest standards.
2. Identify customers needs and respond proactively to all of their concerns and complaints.
3. Oversee the bar and manage bartenders to ensure a high level of service and masterful drink preparation.
4. Ensure all opening and closing tasks are completed correctly to prepare for the next day operations.
5. Excellent food and beverage knowledge, with ability to remember and recall ingredients and dishes to inform customers.
6. Proven work experience as a food and beverage manager or similar role.
7. Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
8. Strong leadership, motivational and people skills.
9. Leading F&B team by giving training and appraising talented personnel to improve the productivity.
10. Preserve excellent levels of internal and external customer service.
