About the company

Global Hotel Supplies (Pvt) Limited is one of Sri Lanka’s largest manufacturers of luxury hotel toiletries, in-room amenities and hotel equipment serving many local and international chains.

Key responsibilities

  1. Achieve assigned sales targets and revenue goals.
  2. Develop and implement business development strategies.
  3. Maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
  4. Identify and develop new customers and business opportunities.
  5. Conduct frequent customer visits and provide end-to-end service.
  6. Expand market presence and contribute to company revenue growth.
  7. Monitor market trends and competitor activities.

Requirement

  1. Degree or professional qualification in business management, marketing, is an extra advantage.
  2. Minimum 3–5 years of experience in business development or sales.
  3. Experience on sales and relevant industry. (HORCA channels)
  4. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  5. Proven ability to achieve sales targets.
  6. Ability to take challenges and work independently.
  7. Valid driving license preferred.
