Requirements

  1. Minimum 3 years of proven experience in recruitment.
  2. Proven experience in BPO/Call center talent acquisition.
  3. Experience with job portals, LinkedIn outreach, Facebook ads, LinkedIn ads, and other recruitment channels.
  4. Strong problem-solving skills.
  5. Ability to manage multiple vacancies and meet recruitment deadlines.
  6. Ability to communicate effectively in English, with an understanding of Sinhala and/or Tamil.
  7. Good understanding of the recruitment process with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

  1. Handle the end-to-end recruitment process for company vacancies.
  2. Conduct initial phone interviews and candidate assessments; coordinate and schedule interviews.
  3. Monitor recruitment performance and hiring targets while maintaining high retention rates.
  4. Build talent pipelines for future hiring needs and support general HR and administrative tasks when required.
  5. Manage bulk recruitment requirements and achieve hiring targets within the given timelines.
  6. Support employee engagement initiatives and HR operational activities.
  7. Prepare reports on recruitment, employee performance, and other relevant HR-related metrics.
