Senior Marketing Executive (Digital)

Requirements

1. Minimum 3 years of proven experience in marketing in a corporate environment.
2. Proven experience in social media marketing.
3. Excellent professional communication skills.
4. Responsible, mature, and professional personality.
5. Good attendance record and strong commitment to work.
6. Strong educational background in marketing.

Responsibilities

1. Create, publish, monitor, and optimize high-quality, engaging content across social media platforms.
2. Manage and maintain the company’s digital communication channels, including WhatsApp, Telegram.
3. Track content performance, prepare regular reports, analyze engagement metrics.
4. Collaborate closely with the customer care team to evaluate marketing effectiveness.
5. Achieve marketing KPIs defined by the company, including but not limited to inbound call volumes & registrations.
6. Identify, evaluate, and coordinate additional marketing opportunities.
7. Stay updated with social media trends, competitor activities, and emerging digital marketing opportunities.
8. Provide recommendations and implement data-driven marketing strategies to improve campaign.
