New Delmon Hospital is a leading hospital in Colombo South which was established on 10th March 1991. Our hospital has been dedicated to the well-being of our patients for over three decades. Key responsibilities

1. Degree or professional qualification in Human Resource Management or a related field.
2. Minimum 2 years of experience as a junior executive or in a similar capacity.
3. Exposure to talent acquisition and recruitment processes.
4. Experience in roster management and attendance administration.
5. Hands-on experience working with HRIS systems.
6. Good command of spoken and written English.
7. Sound knowledge of Sri Lankan labour laws and HR practices.
8. Strong interpersonal, communication, and coordination skills.
9. Ability to work independently and handle multiple HR functions effectively.
