Factory Manager

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic factory manager to lead our garment manufacturing operations.

Key requirements

1. Proven experience in garment manufacturing and factory management.
2. Strong knowledge of garment production processes, quality standards, and workflow.
3. Experience managing and operating 100+ machines (within a group of companies).
4. Ability to achieve production, quality, and financial targets.
5. Strong leadership, problem-solving and team management skills.
6. Must be willing to work in Colombo or outstation locations as required.

1. Oversee daily factory operations to ensure smooth production and on-time delivery.
2. Monitor productivity, quality, and efficiency across all departments.
3. Plan and manage production to meet buyers’ requirements and delivery schedules.
4. Control costs and manage monthly operational expenses effectively.
5. Lead, motivate, and develop teams to achieve organizational goals.
