Senior Executive – Sales & Marketing

Key responsibilities

1. Proactively visit existing and prospective clients to identify business opportunities and close sales
2. Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships across multiple industries island-wide
3. Plan and execute field-based marketing initiatives to grow brand presence and market share
4. Prepare sales reports, proposals, and performance tracking using Microsoft Excel and Word
5. Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, reporting progress to management
6. Gather market intelligence on customer trends to inform strategy
7. Coordinate with the internal team to ensure timely order fulfillment and client satisfaction

Requirements & qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field (minimum)
2. Fluency in English and Sinhala — written & spoken
3. Proven sales or client-facing marketing experience
4. Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel & Word
5. Strong interpersonal, communication & negotiation skills
6. Self-motivated, target-driven, able to work independently
7. Willingness to spend significant time on the road visiting clients
8. Own mode of transportation preferred (client-visit nature of role)

1. Prior exposure to printing and packaging industry
2. Proficiency in Tamil as an additional language
3. Established B2B client network in Sri Lanka
