Accounts Executive – UAE

Are you a detail-oriented accountant with a passion for numbers and a knack for technology? Crevaty is looking for an associate accountant to join our team.

Responsibilities

1. Full cycle reconciliation: Execute accurate and timely reconciliation of all bank accounts, client accounts, and related general ledger items.
2. Financial analysis: Conduct regular analysis of company financials to identify trends, variances, and provide actionable insights to management regarding profitability and cash flow, particularly concerning real estate projects.
3. General ledger maintenance: Manage and maintain the integrity of the general ledger, ensuring proper journal entries and month-end closing procedures.
4. External auditing: Act as a key liaison for the annual external audit process, preparing necessary schedules, providing documentation, and addressing auditor queries efficiently.
5. Tax support: Assist in preparing documentation and analysis required for corporate and property-related tax compliance.

Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
2. 3-4 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in an online accounting environment.
3. Proficiency in online accounting software (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks, SAP).
4. Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
5. Good communication skills and the ability to work in a team.
6. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other office tools.
