Software QA Engineer (Manual & Automation)

We are looking for an individual to be part of our ever-growing team, based in Colombo.

Requirements

1. Minimum 2 years of QA experience (manual + automation).
2. Strong knowledge of Playwright or similar automation frameworks.
3. Solid understanding of manual testing methodologies and test case design.
4. Experience in test environment setup and configuration.
5. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
6. Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
7. Experience with API testing tools (e.g., Postman, RestAssured).
8. Knowledge of performance or security testing.

Key responsibilities

1. Perform manual testing to validate functionality, usability, and regression scenarios.
2. Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts using Playwright or other automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Cypress).
3. Set up and maintain test environments to support QA activities.
4. Collaborate with developers and product teams to identify, reproduce, and resolve defects.
5. Document test cases, results, and provide clear reporting to stakeholders.
