Responsibilities
You will oversee the entire order lifecycle, from initial engagement to the timely delivery of the final product. Your role involves close collaboration with customers, production teams across several factories, and supply chain and logistics departments to ensure orders progress according to agreed schedules and delivery commitments.
By proactively managing client communications and addressing inquiries, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing customer satisfaction and fostering long-term relationships.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing/business management or any other relevant field
- 3 – 4 years of relevant experience in merchandising, customer relations etc.
- Professional qualification in marketing/accounting/finance would be an added advantage
- Strong time management skills with a keen focus on meeting deadlines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
