Transport Executive

We are a leading company in the agriculture sector in Sri Lanka. Currently we are looking for committed, energetic and self-motivated candidates with positive attitudes to fill the below position.

Key responsibilities

1. Monitor and analyze fleet mileage and fuel consumption trends.
2. Identify fuel inefficiencies and suggest cost-saving measures.
3. Monitor real-time GPS tracking data across the fleet.
4. Analyze energy consumption and mileage of electric vans.
5. Prepare regular reports on fleet performance and route efficiency.
6. Coordinate with drivers and dispatch team for daily job assignments.
7. Liaise with maintenance and technical teams for vehicle servicing.
8. Maintain accurate records of jobs completed, driver logs, and energy usage.

Requirements

1. Minimum two years experience in transport, logistics, or fleet management.
2. Familiarity with GPS tracking systems and telematics platforms.
3. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
4. Proficiency in MS Excel or transport management software.
5. Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
6. Understanding of EV (electric vehicle) operations is a plus.
7. Age between 20 -35 years.
