Responsibilities
- Generating profits for the organization through maintaining and developing the customer base at the airport.
- Attend customer inquiries and complaints immediately to provide prompt customer service for enhancing PickMe image at BIA.
- Maintain a quality driver fleet and vehicle fleet & provide excellent customer service.
- Provide training sessions for driver partners to give them a good understanding about the airport business platform and the BIA rules and regulations.
- Interact with driver partners & respond to inquiries, requests, complaints & ensure excellent service quality.
- Guide BIA pickup point staff achieve their set KPIs and improve the airport business.
- Compiling and analyzing sales figures and reporting to the top management.
Qualifications
- Have a professional qualification in Marketing, SLIM or a degree from a recognized university.
- 01 years or experience in a similar capacity will be an added advantage.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Flexibility of extra working hours.
