The job role

1. Receive and process payments from customers (cash, card, mobile payments).
2. Issue receipts and maintain proper records of all transactions.
3. Balance the cash drawer at the beginning and end of each shift.
4. Maintain accurate daily sales and transaction reports.
5. Ensure compliance with company cash handling policies.
6. Assist with customer inquiries regarding billing and payments.
7. Coordinate with the service and sales team to ensure smooth transaction flow.
8. Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the cashier counter.

Qualifications & experience

1. GCE O/L & A/L qualified.
2. You should have a good personality.
3. Sound IT knowledge.
4. Good communication skills in Sinhalese (English speaking will be an added advantage).
5. Minimum over 1 year of working experience in automotive industry will be an added advantage.
6. Skills in customer handling & problem solving.
