Senior Executive – Recovery & Collection

We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented professional to join our team as a Senior Executive – Recovery & Collection.

Key responsibilities

1. Handle recovery and collection activities for overdue accounts
2. Follow up with customers to ensure timely payments
3. Negotiate repayment plans and settlements
4. Maintain accurate collection records and reports
5. Coordinate with internal departments regarding outstanding balances
6. Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.

Qualifications

1. Minimum 2-4 years of experience in recovery, collections, or credit control
2. Strong negotiation and communication skills
3. Ability to work under pressure and meet collection targets
4. Good knowledge of MS Office applications
5. Excellent interpersonal and customer-handling skills
