Senior executive – operations (Vietnam)

Key responsibilities

1. Monitor and manage daily production activities to ensure timely order fulfillment.
2. Coordinate raw material inflow, production processes, finished goods dispatch, and inventory control.
3. Assist in maintaining FSSC 22000, organic, halal, and other certification compliance requirements.
4. Oversee preparation and maintenance of production and operational documentation.
5. Liaise with logistics partners for export documentation, shipment coordination, and timely dispatch.
6. Prepare periodic operational and performance reports for management review and decision-making.
7. Facilitate cross-departmental communication to ensure smooth operational continuity.

Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in business administration, accounting/finance, export operations, or a related field.
2. 1-3 years of experience in operations, production, supply chain, or manufacturing environments.
3. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with keen attention to detail, particularly in documentation and compliance.
4. Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Excel.
5. Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
6. Ability to perform effectively under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
7. Demonstrated problem-solving capability with a proactive and results-oriented approach.
8. Candidate should be willing to reside in Vietnam.
