Qualifications

1. A bachelor’s degree/diploma or an equivalent professional qualification in a relevant field from an accredited university/ professional institution.
2. Minimum 02 – 04 years’ relevant work experience in an apparel manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities & skills

1. Should possess thorough knowledge of quality assurance (QA) processes, systems, control techniques, quality specification charts and mock-ups.
2. Should be able to monitor & maintain quality control systems, processes & indicators, whilst liaising with the relevant teams, to meet the required customer quality standards/specifications in a timely and effective manner.
3. Should be able to carry out routine sewing line audits and be able to guide the in-line auditors to carry out their assigned tasks effectively.
4. Ability to perform under pressure in a challenging and fast-paced work environment in a proactive manner, maintaining a positive attitude.
5. Should be a team player possess strong interpersonal, problem solving and communication skills.
