We are TruVic Consumer Pvt Ltd, an import and distribution company focused on delivering high-quality cosmetics, cosmeceuticals, nutraceuticals, personal care, and OTC products to the Sri Lankan market.

Required skills & experience

  1. 5+ years’ experience in FMCG sales with solid exposure to GT, Wholesale and SMMT pharmacy/cosmetic retail.
  2. Proven success in team leadership, coaching, and motivating frontline sales teams.
  3. Experience in territory demarcation, route planning, distributor management, credit, stock planning, and outlet coverage.
  4. Ability to develop, roll out, and monitor channel-specific strategies with measurable outcomes.
  5. Strong command of Excel and PowerPoint for reporting and presentations.

Key responsibilities

  1. Lead and manage our General Trade field sales team, including Territory Managers and Sales Promotion Officers.
  2. Oversee end-to-end sales execution across General Trade, Wholesale, SMMT, Pharmacy, and Fancy Cosmetics channels.
  3. Ensure strong Distributor ROI Management and execute sustainable growth models.
  4. Drive performance through sharp execution of Field Sales KPIs and discipline.
  5. Maintain strong customer rapport, dominate planograms and command influence at key trade touch points.
  6. Deliver actionable Trade Insights to inform brand strategies and field execution.
  7. Own the Go-to-Market Strategy for our cosmetics and personal care portfolio.
