About the company

Siyapatha Finance PLC is the fully owned largest subsidiary of Sampath Bank PLC, a finance company licensed by the monetary board of the Central Bank of Sri Lanka under the finance business act no. 42 of 2011.

The job

1. Analyze, evaluate, and assess the creditworthiness of clients and credit facilities, ensuring all security documents adhere to company credit policy provisions.
2. Engage in post-credit activities and monitor credit quality by frequently evaluating post-credit operations.
3. Advise branches on documentation and disbursements, providing necessary guidance and coordinating credit activities.
4. Coordinate and maintain good working relationships with all internal departments and external parties to ensure smooth operations.

The person

1. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in similar capacity.
2. Degree in credit related discipline or professional qualification in banking & finance.
3. Excellent communication & analytical skills.
4. Age below 35 years.
