Key responsibilities

1. Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain company vehicle fleet.
2. Carry out preventive and predictive maintenance programs to minimize operational downtime.
3. Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic faults.
4. Perform preventive maintenance according to schedules.
5. Repair and replace defective parts and components.
6. Conduct inspections and testing to ensure vehicles are in good operating condition.
7. Maintain service records and job reports.
8. Ensure tools, equipment, and work areas are kept clean and organized.
9. Follow workplace safety procedures and company policies.

Requirements

1. Should possess a technical qualification from a recognized institute (NAITA, German Tech, AETI, VTA).
2. Minimum 02 years work experience in the automobile industry.
3. Sound knowledge of diesel engine systems.
4. Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues.
5. Good teamwork and communication skills.
6. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
7. Ability to work extra hours if needed.
