Technician – Rotary Pack Machines & Tea Bag Machines

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated technician to maintain and troubleshoot our rotary packing and tea bagging machinery, ensuring maximum production efficiency and minimum downtime.

Key responsibilities

1. Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on rotary packing machines and tea bag machines.
2. Diagnose and rectify mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic faults.
3. Conduct machine setup, adjustments, and changeovers as required.
4. Coordinate with production teams to ensure smooth machine operations.
5. Maintain maintenance records and report recurring equipment issues.
6. Ensure compliance with safety procedures and company standards.
7. Assist in machinery improvement and efficiency enhancement initiatives.

Candidate profile

1. Successfully completed GCE A/L with a technical qualification (NVQ/diploma in mechanical, electrical, mechatronics, or related field).
2. 2–5 years’ experience in machine maintenance within a manufacturing environment.
3. Experience with tea packaging machinery will be a distinct advantage.
4. Knowledge of electrical systems, motors, sensors, and pneumatics.
5. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
6. Ability to work under pressure and meet production requirements.
