Manager | Assistant Manager – Sales & Marketing

LPK, a leading and diversified beverage manufacturing company, is looking for dynamic, results-driven, and experienced professionals to join our Sales & Marketing team. The selected candidates will play a key role in driving market growth, strengthening distribution channels, and enhancing brand presence across Sri Lanka.

Key responsibilities

1. Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans
2. Manage and expand dealer, distributor, and retail networks
3. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer engagement
4. Lead promotional campaigns and brand visibility initiatives
5. Achieve sales targets and business growth objectives
6. Build and maintain strong relationships with trade partners and clients
7. Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance analysis

Requirements

1. Minimum 3-7 years of experience in sales and marketing
2. Experience in the beverage / FMCG sector will be a strong advantage
3. Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
4. Strong understanding of market development and distribution operations
5. Ability to travel island-wide when required
6. Degree or diploma in marketing, business management, or a related field
7. Valid driving licence will be an added advantage
