Key responsibilities

1. Coordinating transport and hotel bookings for crew and operations.
2. Maintaining documents, records, and updating systems accurately.
3. Monitoring emails and supporting the team with crew OKTB issuance processes.
4. Handling port entry passes and assisting with vessel operations.
5. Coordinating with ports, transport providers, and hotels to ensure smooth operations across all ports.

Requirements

1. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
2. Diploma in logistics & transport will be considered an added advantage.
3. Good speaking/writing in English and computer skills (MS Office & Outlook).
4. Team player with a positive attitude.
5. Motorbike license.
6. Based in or near Colombo.
