Junior Executive – Digital Media Communications

Key responsibilities

1. Manage and grow LB CIM’s social media presence across digital platforms
2. Create engaging posts, stories, captions, and short-form content
3. Execute and optimize paid campaigns across Meta, Google, LinkedIn, TikTok, and more
4. Monitor customer interactions and respond promptly through Meta Business Suite
5. Prepare KPI and digital performance reports
6. Coordinate SMS communications and digital engagement initiatives

We’re looking for

1. Minimum 2 years’ experience in digital media / marketing
2. Strong command of English language
3. Qualifications in marketing, digital media, communications, or related fields
4. Hands-on experience in social media advertising and campaign management
5. Knowledge of Google Analytics, Search Console, and social listening tools
6. A creative, strategic, and results-oriented mindset
