Key responsibilities
- Develop & implement HR strategies in the areas of recruitments, retention & absenteeism.
- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances/issues.
- Develop & monitor policies and procedures across the organization.
- Support current & future business needs through development, engagement & motivation.
- Fulfil the carder requirements on time and maintain budgeted carder.
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee retention.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company regulations.
- Maintain HR documentation and confidential employee records.
- Ability to work independently.
Preferred qualifications
- Diploma / degree in human resource management.
- Minimum 3-5 years experience in HR.
- Good communication and leadership skills.
- Computer literacy (MS Office / HR systems).
- Residing in and around Kurunegala is required.
