Show room and marketing coordinator

Qualifications/requirements

1. Candidates with age below 30 years
2. Diploma in management or marketing field.
3. Previous experience in retail, customer service or showroom coordination preferred.
4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
5. Having a very good knowledge of MS office applications
6. Strong organization and multitasking abilities.
7. Knowledge in product display, racking, and merchandising.
8. Basic understanding of inventory management and finance process.
9. Ability to work under pressure, and be able to work long and extended hours when required.

Duties/responsibilities

1. Overseeing daily showroom operations stock handling.
2. Monitor inventory levels coordinate with the procurements team for stock replacement.
3. Prepare and submit periodic showroom reports.
4. Maintain attractive and organized products displays and showroom cleanliness.
5. Ability to handle documentation accurately and efficiently
