Key responsibilities

  1. Train and develop in-store staff on bakery products and techniques.
  2. Manage recipes, stock levels, and production planning efficiently.
  3. Monitor bakery sales data to support business decisions.
  4. Ensure hygiene, food safety, and attractive product displays.
  5. Collaborate with procurement, marketing, and operations teams.
  6. Conduct competitor analysis and pricing surveys regularly.
  7. Support store revamps and assist with new store openings.
  8. Advise on bakery equipment, layout, and merchandising.
  9. Promote bakery sales through engaging in-store activities.
  10. Submit weekly reports and route plans to track performance.

Minimum requirements

  1. Culinary qualification with 5+ years in a chef de partie role.
  2. Strong knowledge of food safety, preparation, and bakery operations.
  3. Strong team player with leadership and motivational abilities.
  4. Good problem-solving, time management, and negotiation skills.
  5. Skilled in menu planning, production scheduling, and trend implementation.
  6. Proficient in MS Office and data analysis.
