Key responsibilities
- Train and develop in-store staff on bakery products and techniques.
- Manage recipes, stock levels, and production planning efficiently.
- Monitor bakery sales data to support business decisions.
- Ensure hygiene, food safety, and attractive product displays.
- Collaborate with procurement, marketing, and operations teams.
- Conduct competitor analysis and pricing surveys regularly.
- Support store revamps and assist with new store openings.
- Advise on bakery equipment, layout, and merchandising.
- Promote bakery sales through engaging in-store activities.
- Submit weekly reports and route plans to track performance.
Minimum requirements
- Culinary qualification with 5+ years in a chef de partie role.
- Strong knowledge of food safety, preparation, and bakery operations.
- Strong team player with leadership and motivational abilities.
- Good problem-solving, time management, and negotiation skills.
- Skilled in menu planning, production scheduling, and trend implementation.
- Proficient in MS Office and data analysis.
