We are looking for a dynamic individual to join our team as Assistant Sales Executive – Solar.

Key responsibilities

1. Assist in promoting and selling solar energy solutions to residential and commercial clients.
2. Generate leads and follow up on potential customer inquiries.
3. Conduct customer visits and support sales presentations.
4. Maintain good customer relationships and provide after-sales support.
5. Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely project completion.
6. Update sales records and prepare basic reports.
7. Support field promotional and awareness activities.

Qualifications and skills

1. Diploma or degree in sales, marketing, business management, or a related field.
2. Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the solar or renewable energy sector.
3. Good understanding of solar energy products and services.
4. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
5. Proficiency in Sinhala, English, and Tamil will be an added advantage.
6. Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
7. Proficiency in MS Office applications.
8. Possession of a valid driving license is mandatory.
9. Immediate availability and ability to join upon selection will be an added advantage.
