Duties and responsibilities

  1. Manage the full accounts receivable function including invoicing, receipting, and timely updating of credit notes to ensure accurate financial records.
  2. Coordinated with bank on daily financial transactions, account-related matters, and documentation requirements.
  3. Prepare and processed banking documents including bid bonds, bank guarantees, remittances, and other related financial instruments.
  4. Compute and verify statutory taxes including VAT, SSCL, stamp duty, and other applicable taxes in compliance with regulatory requirements.
  5. Maintain and organize records of tax invoices, foreign invoices, and supporting financial documentation for audit and compliance purposes.
  6. Conduct debtor follow-ups and monitored outstanding receivables to ensure timely collections and improve cash flow management.
  7. Assist in reconciliation of customer accounts and resolved discrepancies related to payments and invoicing.
  8. Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and tax regulations in all receivable and banking operations.

Educational and professional qualifications

  1. Full qualification in AAT or part qualification in CA/CMA/ACCA.
  2. Minimum 1–2 years of work experience.
  3. Proficiency in Excel and other financial software.
  4. Strong analytical and organizational skills.
  5. Effective communication skills.
  6. Ability to handle multiple responsibilities and tasks efficiently.
