Assistant manager – HR
Key responsibilities
- HR operations including recruitment, employee relations, and performance management
- Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures
- Coordinate training and development programs
- Maintain employee records and HR compliance matters
- Support management in achieving organizational goals
Requirements
- Degree or professional qualification in human resource management
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in HR operations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good knowledge of Sri Lankan labour laws and HR practices
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
HR executive
Key responsibilities
- Handle day-to-day HR and administrative activities
- Assist in recruitment and onboarding processes
- Maintain employee attendance, leave, and HR documentation
- Coordinate staff welfare and employee engagement activities
- Support payroll and HR reporting functions
Requirements
- Diploma or degree in human resource management or related field
- Minimum 1–2 years’ experience in HR or administration
- Good computer literacy and communication skills
- Energetic, organized, and team-oriented personality
