Assistant manager – HR

Key responsibilities

  1. HR operations including recruitment, employee relations, and performance management
  2. Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures
  3. Coordinate training and development programs
  4. Maintain employee records and HR compliance matters
  5. Support management in achieving organizational goals

Requirements

  1. Degree or professional qualification in human resource management
  2. Minimum 5 years’ experience in HR operations
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  4. Good knowledge of Sri Lankan labour laws and HR practices
  5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team

HR executive

Key responsibilities

  1. Handle day-to-day HR and administrative activities
  2. Assist in recruitment and onboarding processes
  3. Maintain employee attendance, leave, and HR documentation
  4. Coordinate staff welfare and employee engagement activities
  5. Support payroll and HR reporting functions

Requirements

  1. Diploma or degree in human resource management or related field
  2. Minimum 1–2 years’ experience in HR or administration
  3. Good computer literacy and communication skills
  4. Energetic, organized, and team-oriented personality
