Senior manager – operations (night shift)

We’re looking for a strategic and experienced senior manager – operations to lead client service delivery during night operations. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, stakeholder management, and operational excellence, especially in the context of U.S.-based clients and revenue cycle management.

Roles & responsibilities

  1. Ensure client accounts are managed efficiently, and performance targets are met.
  2. Maintain effective communication with all internal and external stakeholders.
  3. Foster strong, professional relationships with both clients and team members.
  4. Oversee seamless client transitions from onboarding to steady-state operations.
  5. Monitor, maintain, and exceed benchmark KPIs for consistent service delivery.

Qualifications & experience

  1. Open to work according to standard U.S. time zones (7 PM – 4 AM) and calendar.
  2. 12 -15 years of experience, including at least 4 years in a management role; preferably in revenue cycle management.
  3. Strong analytical thinking and reporting capabilities.
  4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  5. Proven ability to lead and inspire teams with a collaborative, people-first mindset.
  6. Demonstrated commitment to high ethical and professional standards.
