Key responsibilities

  1. Preparation of payroll inputs accurately and management of attendance records.
  2. Handle staff grievances related to payroll matters.
  3. Coordinate training and development programs.
  4. Management of performance evaluation processes.
  5. Managing recruitment and selection activities.
  6. Maintain employee records and HR documentation.

Requirements

  1. Residing within 20 km radius of Peliyagoda.
  2. Professional qualification in HRM (certificate/diploma/intermediate level or equivalent).
  3. Minimum 1-2 years of hands-on experience in payroll preparation and attendance management.
  4. Age below 27 years.
  5. Strong communication skills (both written & verbal) and interpersonal skills.
  6. High proficiency in computer literacy and MS Office applications, especially in managing excel databases efficiency.
  7. Ability to work independently and responsibly.
  8. Dynamic team player capable handling multiple tasks together while meeting deadlines.
  9. Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
