Store Executive – Male

Job Role

• Ensuring stores files are maintained and the records are up to date
• Ensuring the gate pass file, and invoice files are updated
• Ensuring BIN cards in raw materials, packing material, and finished goods stores are up to date
• Setting the re-order levels for packing materials
• Raising GRN for every incoming raw material and packaging material shipment
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of store items to provide advice and recommendation as needed
• Enforcing in-store security and health and safety procedures and regulations
• Assessing packing materials required for the succeeding month according to the production plan of the respective month

Requirements

• Age below 35
• Previous experience in handling raw materials and finished goods
• An individual with a positive attitude and excellent time management skills
