Engineer assistant – MEP

Key requirements

  1. Diploma or degree in mechanical, electrical, or building services engineering.
  2. 1-3 years of experience in MEP site operations or construction projects.
  3. Experience in construction projects (MEP) will be considered as an advantage.
  4. Knowledge of MEP systems, safety standards, and quality procedures.
  5. Basic knowledge of AutoCAD / Revit MEP will be an added advantage.
  6. Good communication and coordination skills.
  7. Ability to handle site documentation, reporting, and material coordination.
  8. Should be able to travel to various project sites. (Travel and meal expenses will be provided by the company.)

Key responsibilities

  1. Supervise daily site activities and monitor work progress.
  2. Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards at site.
  3. Coordinate manpower, materials, subcontractors, and site operations.
  4. Conduct inspections and monitor installation works as per drawings.
  5. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
  6. Monitor material usage, productivity, and project schedules.
  7. Identify site issues and coordinate corrective actions.
  8. Maintain proper documentation and support project completion activities.
