Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage routine maintenance tasks to ensure the facility is well-maintained, focusing on scheduling and tracking service completion.
- Handle administrative duties, including maintaining records, updating maintenance logs, organizing schedules, and ensuring accurate documentation.
- Assist the HR department with administrative support as needed.
- Ensure compliance with workplace safety and health regulations.
- Liaise with external vendors and service providers for specialized maintenance work and ensure timely execution.
Requirements
- Diploma or any other professional certification in the relevant field.
- Basic knowledge of office maintenance & minor repair.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general documentation.
- Strong teamwork, responsibility, and problem-solving ability.
