Qualifications

  1. A recognised qualification with 2–3 years of experience in learning & development
  2. Skilled in using digital tools to design engaging posts, learning materials, and communication content
  3. Solid understanding of performance cycles, goal-setting frameworks, and proven experience managing LMS platforms
  4. Strong interpersonal skills, excellent communication, and team-building ability to foster collaboration

Key responsibilities

  1. Manage the LMS by designing and uploading training modules, monitoring completion rates, and providing technical support to staff
  2. Facilitate goal setting and evaluations, track timelines, and ensure accurate system updates
  3. Create engaging digital content such as training flyers, internal communication posts, and employee engagement materials using design tools
  4. Assist in planning, organising, and executing employee engagement events and activities
  5. Collaborate with external vendors and partners to manage logistics and ensure seamless delivery
  6. Provide hands-on assistance to meet departmental needs and ensure smooth execution of initiatives
