Stores Supervisor | Stores Assistant

We are looking for dynamic and responsible individuals to join our Stores Operations Team as Stores Supervisors and Stores Assistants at our Head Office operations.

Reports to the Stores Manager / Operations Manager

Key responsibilities

Stores supervisor

1. Supervise daily stores operations and inventory activities
2. Monitor stock levels and ensure accurate inventory records
3. Coordinate with internal departments regarding stock movements
4. Ensure proper documentation and stock handling procedures
5. Lead and guide stores staff to maintain operational efficiency

Stores assistant

1. Assist in daily stores and inventory operations
2. Support stock receiving, issuing, and documentation processes
3. Maintain cleanliness and organization within the stores area
4. Assist with stock counting and inventory checks
5. Coordinate with team members for smooth workflow operations

Qualifications & experience

1. G.C.E. A/L qualification
2. Minimum 2 years of experience in stores operations
3. Good communication and leadership skills
4. Ability to handle inventory and store activities efficient
5. Basic knowledge of stock handling and documentation
6. Team player with a good working attitude

Skills

1. Inventory handling and stock management
2. Basic computer literacy (MS Excel / Word)
3. Communication and coordination skills
4. Time management and organizational skills
5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
