Skills & Competencies

  • Minimum 1-year experience in handling outbound calls or prior web-based customer service
  • Fluency in English, Tamil, or Hindi, and excellent communication skills
  • Age between 18 – 35interested in a career in the BPO/KPO industry
  • Ability to work 10:00 AM to 07.00 PM
  • A Team player with the ability to work independently in a multicultural fast-paced environment
  • Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
  • Ability to work under pressure

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage outbound calls in a timely manner
  • Identify customers’ needs, clarify inf mation
  • Seize opportunities to upsell products/services when they arise Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile Keep records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way.
  • Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets.
