About the company

Alusons (Pvt) Ltd is a leading company specialized in aluminium composite cladding, glazing and aluminium section projects, with over 25 years of experience and a member of the Construction Industry Development Authority (CIDA). Due to our rapid growth, we are looking for a suitable candidate for the following position.

Key requirements

1. Minimum 5 years of experience as a quantity surveyor, preferably in aluminium, glazing, or façade/fabrication projects
2. Strong ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
3. Hands-on experience with AutoCAD
4. Experience in preparing BOQs, cost estimates, and tender documentation
5. Good knowledge of contract administration, variations, and claims management
6. Experience in procurement, material take-offs, and subcontractor coordination
7. Diploma or higher national diploma in quantity surveying or related field (preferred)
8. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, etc.)
9. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
10. Good communication and coordination skills (with site teams, suppliers, and clients)
11. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
12. Valid driving licence
