We are looking for dynamic and committed individuals to join our team as a Lecturer (On Contract) in the School of Physiotherapy & Sports Sciences.

Requirements

1. A 1st or 2nd class honours four-year bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy or a 1st or 2nd class honours three-year bachelor’s degree and a master’s degree at SLQF level 9 equivalent or above in the required specialization or a pass in a four-year bachelor’s degree and a master’s degree at SLQF level 9 equivalent to or above in the required specialization.
2. A minimum of one year experience in teaching at the undergraduate level or satisfactory industrial experience and evidence of research output (e.g., conference/journal articles, research reports, etc.).

Core duties & responsibilities

1. Teaching, assessment, and curriculum delivery for undergraduate programmes.
2. Conducting research, scholarly activities, and supervising undergraduate research projects.
3. Planning and conducting practical sessions, clinical postings, and clinical supervision.
4. Mentoring students and providing academic and professional supervision during internships and training.
5. Undertaking administrative and academic responsibilities related to the School of Physiotherapy & Sports Sciences and Althia Health Uni.
